If you had an algorithm that could give you perfect health, would you be willing to say yes to this protocol? Well, you might say that we can never break the rules and patterns of this world. Yes, apparently it is impossible. But.......
But you better get to know Brian Johnson. He is the founder and CEO of Kernel, a company that creates devices to monitor and record brain activity, and he is also the founder of OS Found, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage science and technology companies. But apart from these, what made him famous is that he is the first person in the world who spent millions of dollars on research and studies in a project called Blue Print in order to understand how to stop and revearse the aging process of humans.
And of course he succeeded. But aside from human lifespan, do you know why this topic interests me? Because an expert in the world of technology went after this issue, that is, someone who has well understood the similarity of the algorithms of this physical world to the computer world, not a doctor or a biology expert. In this video, we will go further with Brian's method, but before that, let's have a brief introduction to the process of human life, because until you understand this, Brian's method will be meaningless.
Earlier in a video called (The Nature of Human Existence) we got acquainted with the true nature of human existence and saw that everything in this world is affected by vibrations and frequencies, and we saw that our physical bodies are not free from this law. In short, what we know as a physical body is made up of different organs. These organs are made up of tissues. And each tissue is made up of joining millions of cells that are put together according to their structure and function. Well, in fact, our cells play the most fundamental role in shaping human physics. In other words, cells are the basic building blocks of our human body, which are made up of about 200 different types. Examples are red blood cells, skin cells, neurons, or fat cells. Although the cell itself is made up of molecules, atoms and subatomic particles.
Now, to be more precise, a human being is made up of about 30 trillion human cells, each with its own structure and function, and that number is almost constant. But for a variety of reasons, the cell may die, so with the death of each cell, a cell division takes place to replace the dead cell with a new cell. Now these cells die in two different ways. In the first method, the life of the cell ends and it dies. In fact, cells have a specific life cycle. We mentioned earlier that there are about 200 different cell groups in the human body, and that the lifespan of each of the 200 cell groups is different. For example, white blood cells live only about 13 days, while red blood cells have a lifespan of about 120 days. Hepatocytes can live up to 18 months. While brain cells and eye cells survive almost all of human life. In general, the average lifespan of a healthy human is 8 to 10 years.
And in the second method. In this method, the cell may die before the end of its life due to damage, which itself depends on two different factors. Internal factor and external factor.
Internal factors are when a cell is damaged from within the body for certain reasons, for example when a cell is infected by bacteria or viruses, and external factors are when a cell dies due to the wrong environment and lifestyle. For example, exposure to electromagnetic radiation or exposure to dust particles. In both cases, when the cell is damaged, the human body initiates a process called programmed cell death (PCD), which is essential to prevent disease. In this case, the infected cell, produces a signal. This signal causes phagocytes to find and eat it. Phagocytes are cells that are able to eat and digest dying cells. Cell division is now performed and the new cell replaces the dead cell.
Well, apparently everything is fine. The damaged cell died and the new cell was replaced. But here is the main problem that leads to aging and death. In fact, what we need to know is that our human body has an hour of life called telomere, which is tied to this cell division. Telomeres are the protective caps at the ends of the DNA strands inside the chromosome that house our genome. In a young person, telomeres are about 10,000 nucleotides long. In fact, the length of these telomeres is the lifespan of a human. Well, we said that in a young person, telomeres are about 10,000 nucleotides long. But the length of these telomeres is not constant, that is, with each cell division, these telomeres become shorter and shorter, and each time the telomere shorten, the cell get older and older until the telomeres reach a critical stage, then the cell division stops. And existing cells lose their ability to function properly. Now if a cell is damaged, it breaks down with programmed cell death. Now there is no substitute for a dead cell. And we said earlier that cells are the basic building blocks of human body.
So we have said that the life cycle of cells in a healthy human body normally lasts between 8 and 10 years, and a normal human cell can be repeated and divided forty to sixty times. Therefore, according to these calculations, it will take about 320 to 600 years for the telomeres to end and the cell division to stop. Now the question is, what has made human life less than 100 years? There is only one obvious answer, and that is external factors. That is the same wrong lifestyle we have today. This includes many things from hard physical work to air pollution, processed foods, eating meat, stress and many other things that exist in your daily life.
And apparently he succeeded. Because according to the tests, after one year, his biological age was 5 years younger, and now, after two years, his biological age is equivalent to a 31-year-old person, that is, 15 years younger than his actual age. However, the biological age of some body parts has changed more. for example: (Source of the list below)
Speed of aging slower than 99% of 20 year olds
Body inflammation is 85% below the average 18 year old (hsCRP 0.15)

As I said at the beginning of the article, he has a special lifestyle and, of course, a special diet, which is the result of these expensive studies. Actually, 30 doctors conduct these studies and test on him. So let's take a look at his lifestyle and diet.
Bryan Johnson wakes up every morning at 4.5 am. And he eats 3 meals in 8 hours. He gets 1977 kcal and eats about 110 pills. During the day, he drinks eight glasses of water, which is about 2 liters of water. He receives up to 60 mg of caffeine daily. He gets this caffeine by drinking a few cups of antioxidant green tea. He starts his morning with his special drink called Green Giant. Then he eats his first meal at 6 am. This food is called super veggie. Then he eats the second meal at 8 o'clock in the morning, which is called Nutty Pudding. And then he eats the third meal at 11:00 a.m. This meal is different every day, for example, Buddha bowl, roasted cabbage with mashed sweet potatoes, chickpea curry on vegetables, etc.
Ingredients for preparing Super Veggie:
Black lentils, 45 grams dry.
Broccoli (head+stalk), 250 grams
Cauliflower. 150 grams
Shiitake or Maitake Mushrooms, 50 grams
Garlic, 1 clove (a piece)
Ginger Root, 3 grams
Lime, 1
Cumin, 1 Tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tbsp
Hemp Seeds, 1 Tbsp
After prep, drizzle 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Then, after the first meal, he deals with the health of the skin, hair, eyes, etc. Brian meditates for an hour a day. He also takes 65 pills with the third meal. From then until the next morning, he does not eat anything. And he sleeps at 8:30 pm.
In general, the Blueprint studies showed that a healthy life can slow the aging process and a healthy and planned life can reverse the aging process.
