Matcha is a tea that should be drank instead of black or regular green teas. It has more benefits than green teas and more pure as it is extracted from the leaves of green tea.


It is super easy. You may like to drink your matcha latte warm or cold.

What do you need for a cup of warm matcha latte:

. 1/2 teaspoon matcha
. 1/4 cup hot water
. 1/4 almond/coconut/regular milk
. Honey, syrup ... optional

What do you need for a glass of cold matcha latte:

- 1/2 teaspoon matcha
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 almond/coconut/regular milk
- Honey, syrup ... optional

How to make matcha latte?

- Pour the boiled/cold water in a mug or mixer
- Add the matcha into the water
- Stir a little
- In the case if you would like to drink cold, add several cube of ice into the glass
- Add the milk into all
- Stir the mixture very well
- Add the sweetener of choice

Taste and add any of the ingredients to your liking.

Note: For those who are looking for healthier beverage, use the light milk or if you prefer to drink a reach latter use full fat milk.
