Doesn’t matter if you have diet or you workout and want to make muscles or you are hurry to eat your breakfast and go to work or you want to have a breakfast to be healthy and fresh, everyone should try this breakfast.


This breakfast is:

- Full of fiber
- Full of protein
- Help digestion
- low in fat
- Low in artificial sugar
- Low in carbohydrate
- Improving metabolism
- Better digestion

What do you need to make this breakfast?!

- Oatmeal: 1/2 cup
- Flax seed/chia seed: 1 tea spoon
- Any berries: 1/2 cup (if you would like to loose weight use berries and if you would like to gain weight or before working out, use 1/2 banana or 1/2 cup of your desired nuts)
- Almond milk/ Soy milk/ water: 1 cup
- Cinnamon: 1/2 tea spoon

How to make it?!

- Put the Oatmeal into the bowl/ pot and add seed and milk/water
- Use oven for 5 mints if you would like to make the mix smooth or use microwave for 2 to 2.30 minutes
- leave it a little to get cold
- Add your favourite berries/banana or nuts as explained
- Add the syrup and cinnamon on the top
